Condo sales have dipped even further, falling by 34%, with the median price sliding to $775K. Inventory for both sectors has increased – 58% for single-family homes and 97.9% for condos. With inventory on the rise and demand easing, sellers should price strategically, while buyers have a unique chance to negotiate and secure better deals.
