It’s a mastermind group, but really it’s so much more than that.

Maui has no shortage of remarkable women doing remarkable things. This is a space for them. We bring together driven, heart-centered women for intentional gatherings designed to foster connection, collaboration, and personal leadership development. 

InspireHER Collective is a national organization with hyper-local chapters who gather to build authentic relationships, support one another’s growth, and create spaces where women truly belong – without the hustle culture and pressure to network. 

 

How it works

Monthly Gatherings – We meet once a month for an intentional long lunch (about 90 minutes). Same time, same place. The format gives the group a reliable rhythm without taking over your calendar.

Rotating Hosting – A collective approach. When it is your turn, you choose the topic and how to facilitate the conversation. Resources and support are always provided, so you’re never figuring it out alone.

One Per Industry – The group stays small and diverse by design. One member per industry so there’s no competition at the table, just women from different fields learning from one another’s vantage points.

Hi, I’m Diane. 

I’m a Realtor-Broker at Compass Maui, and I’ve been part of this island community since 2015. I know firsthand how isolating it can feel to be building something (a business, a career, a life) without a room of people who truly get it.

InspireHER Collective came into my world and I immediately thought: Maui needs this. So here we are.

I’m not here to run another networking group or add to your already-full plate. I’m here to create a space where Maui women can connect once a month and walk away feeling less alone and more clear.
