West Kuiaha Meadows

West Kuiaha Meadows sits off West Kuiaha Road in the North Shore Haiku area, near the old Pauwela Cannery, about five minutes from Haiku Town Center and under fifteen minutes to Paia and Makawao. It's a quiet, agricultural corner of the North Shore where most properties open up to ocean views, and the roads in are narrow and rural rather than built for through traffic.

What sets this community apart is that it was built out as real infrastructure, not just subdivided acreage. The gated development holds just 16 homesites, ranging from 2 to 5.5 acres each, and includes a private water system and underground utilities, features that most North Shore agricultural subdivisions don't have.
